OUR PRINCIPLES

icono hoja

Respect for the Earth

We cultivate and process the grapes by listening to the vineyard, without chemicals and in balance with nature

Icono botella y copa

Live and natural wine

We do not add sulfites or any other additives: the wine is made by itself, as the grapes dictate.

icono artesania

Craftsmanship and care

Each bottle is the result of a small, conscious manual process.

icono chocando manos

Identity and roots

We are an honest project, with its own history and led by women.

icono autenticidad

Radical authenticity

We don't correct, we don't retouch, we don't intervene: we let the wine express itself as it is.

icono divulgacion

Culture and dissemination

We share knowledge to bring natural wine closer to consumers in a clear and transparent way.

HOW WE WORK

We make all our wines using the ancestral method (Pet-Nat)

We harvested the grapes in their optimal moment of ripening. We destemmed them in the cellar to separate the grape seeds from the pulp. Those grapes go through our manual press, which is why the wine is so smooth and aromatic. The pressing we do is very gentle and extracts only the best of the best. The must of the grapes then passes into the stainless steel tank, which does not add any flavor or aroma other than its own, thus respecting the purity of the land and the authenticity of what the grape wants to express every year. We don't add or remove anything; it's a process. radically natural. In the tank, fermentation begins spontaneously with the yeasts specific to the grape. Once the density is at 1005 We bottle the wine so that the fermentation ends in the bottle, generating the bubbles naturally. The bottles will be placed ready to let the sediments fall.

Months later We behead them. We opened the bottles one by one again, By hand, to let the sediment come out and the wine be completely clean without the need to filter or clarify, we fill the bottoms of the bottles with the wine itself, we cap and label them all by hand, bottle by bottle. It is a handmade process and full of care so that you can enjoy the magic of our land.

What they say about us

ALICE FEIRING - THE FEIRING LINE

Nothing gets me more excited than a reinvention story. And Andalucía has an amazing combination of old and new blood. Early days? Sure. But just wait…

RTVE - HERE IS THE EARTH

José Real from the TV program «Aquí la Tierra» interviewed us»

NACHO SÁNCHEZ - EL PAÍS

Focused on natural wines and driven by Marta García and Ana Hernández thanks to a vineyard they were given in a bar, it is the only one in the Marco de Jerez where all the processes are led by women.

ABC - The wine of the week

Make a sparkling wine it involves accepting that things are going to get worse slowly. Doing it in a handmade way multiplies the hours, the decisions and also the risks. Marta García and Ana Hernández make them in Sanlúcar de Barrameda and in Jerez Natural foams by the ancestral method.

STAF MAGAZINE

“Bodega en Movimiento” sounds exactly like that. Not in terms of the brand itself, but in terms of the state of things; something that doesn’t stop moving enough to become rigid. In a context like that of Sanlúcar, where wine has an almost immovable historical weight…

DIARIO DE CÁDIZ - Things to eat

«We aim to avoid polluting the land or the human being,» explains Marta. They run the risk, as happened to them, of having to leave bottles «at home» and not put them on the market, when with a little chemistry they could have fixed the problem.

RADIO 5 - RNE (Tasteful Chronicles)

A project of natural sparkling wines that in just two years has conquered the menus of some of the most renowned restaurants in Andalusia

ONLY GRAPES AND NOTHING ELSE

We are driven by effort, continuous learning, and the certainty that things done with soul have an impact that goes beyond. This is our small, big tribute to life, to the natural and the essential.
